Job Purpose:
To deliver professional website and project support to the company liasing with developers and clients. To support and deliver clients website projects, SEO, CMS and web hosting experience delivering excellent customer service, while being able to rectify service issues to a competent and high standard. To offer an open and honest service built on trust and integrity.
The Jobholder will carry out some or all of the following tasks.
Main Duties:
- To undertake a range of duties as directed to ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
- To liase dialy and weekly with the company director on client progress taking a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- To work closely communicating with the sales and administration team to delivering client projects.
- To support marketing ideas within the business to promote sales and service never compromising on an open honest service.
- To project manage and support clients websites and ideas both internally and externally outsoucing where required.
- To support clients on the training and co-ordination of their CMS skills.
- To take detailed client briefs to identify the best customer packages.
- To take telephone calls and trouble shoot potential issues dealing with the majority and escalating where required.
- To set up and support email hosting for clients in a timely manner.
- To liase with external developers to support the client ensuring accurate communication is relayed.
- To manage the servers and control panels where required in a professional and competent manner.
- To support the needs of the business when required and to go above and beyond to support customer service level expected.
- Maintain archive system of all traceability paperwork to comply with ICO and legislative requirements.
- Log, compile and trend customer complaint information. Maintain complaint correspondence.
- Ensures that any deviations or other non-compliance issues are identified and that appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.
- Maintains good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Operates a clean as you go regime within their area of responsibility.
- Observes business etiquette and confidentiality at all times.
- The job holder is responsible for his/ her own health and safety and that of others.
- The job holder will attend training courses, Company meetings and other events as required.
